Content Utilities Component

By enabling content navigation, the following information will appear at the bottom of the page head component of every page.

• Author Name: Name of the author who has last modified the page will be displayed.
• Page Published Date: Date when the page was last modified will be displayed.
• Table of Contents:  Displays all the headlines for the page. (This will be converted to a Sticky Content Nav when a user scrolls the page.)

User will be able to see the Headlines of the page as a list if they click on Content Navigation button.

If the user scrolls down in the page, another content navigation element appears on the bottom right of the page. This "sticky content navigator" always shows the current position in the document. If the user clicks on this element it opens a full in-page navigation as well a "jump to the top of the page" button.

User will be able to enable/disable these features using checkbox at Locale Page Properties.

Step 1 : Navigate to locale page and click on the Properties tab.

Step 2: Go to BuildEasy Site Settings tab.

Step 3 : Click on the Content Navigation checkbox and then click on Save & Close.

After enabling content navigation author name, page published date and icon for table of contents will be visible at the end of page head on every page.

Note: "Show Author" and "Show Date" checkbox can be checked/unchecked to enable/disable the information.

By clicking on the three lines icon, we can see the Table of Contents.

• All the titles of the components used in the page can be seen here.
• User will be able to navigate within the components in the page by clicking on the title.

Table of Contents can also be accessed by the bar that is present at the bottom right corner of the page.
